Questions, something that's broken, an idea for a world, or a song you'd love to hear in one: write to us. We read every message.

Before you write
- Using the music in a video, a stream or an app? Ask first and tell us where it'll go. The music belongs to Lofi Worlds, so it needs our written permission.
- Memberships and billing: include the email you paid with. A charge that went wrong gets made right; the terms explain refunds.
- Deleting your account: you can do it yourself. Sign in, open the sign-in panel in the comms drawer and press "delete account". Or ask us and we'll do it.
- Something's broken: tell us which world, your browser and device, and what you saw. A screenshot helps if you email it.
- Ideas: planets, places, a song for a world, anything you'd like to float past the window.
